This place great! The staff is nice and the gym is newly renovated!
I like living here for the most part but would appreciate some more cooperation from maintenance in terms of being willing to come on the weekend when there actually is an emergency. I love having my own bedroom and bathroom and not feeling like they get too involved in resident lives since we’re all adults. I really like living here and will stay next year!

I have enjoyed living at The Pointe. Maintenance has been very responsive when requests are submitted for something that needs to be fixed. The staff is very caring about the residents and they are redoing the clubhouse with a lot of new and modern amenities. It's okay, not the best, not the worst. Takes forever to get in touch with someone, and it seems that nobody knows what's going on in the office. They offer promos for gift cards, but rarely hold up their end of the bargain. They normally just blame it on you and say you did something wrong. If you like good internet, plan on getting your own router or stay on campus, because you're not going to get it here. The pointe is awful AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU!!
I've been living here for almost two years and it's a great place to live at. Considering the location, amenities, noise level, maintenance, and overall condition of the apartment, the rent is priced fairly well. It is only about ten minutes from campus and you'll love taking the VE (and/or the V) if you don't have a car.
Have lived here for the past 3 years. Best part is getting your own bathroom. Maintenance requests are done very quickly and the free parking, gym, and furniture are great additions.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Pointe. The grounds were always well kept and if I ever had a problem, the staff was always there to be of assistance. Not to mention, you get so many ammenities for what you pay in rent compared to other complexes in the State College area!
