Currently Sub-zero temps and the power fails meaning the locks (as they are key fobs) don’t work. No one answers office phones, no emergency number posted anywhere online, in emails, in the lease, or on the office doors. Irresponsible staff, management, and housing compliance.
Information is inaccurate. Contacting them in the case of lock outs is frustrating at best. It’s Christmas Eve and my daughter hasn’t been able to get into her apartment since yesterday afternoon. Repeated calls to the office only to be cut off and finally after finding an emergency maintenance number 814-231-5466 I am still on hold after an hour and 20 minutes.
Great community with plenty of events and amenities. Close to campus with plenty of activities and restaurants nearby.
Your are one of the best apartments in the state college, I really appreciate the individual bathroom. They are awesome!

I stayed here for two years. It is convenient being within walking distance of Walmart, and having so much outdoor space also feels much less cramped than living downtown. The busses are regular and make it easy to get to campus. I've found that biking is easier than bussing; even biking all of the way to Westgate takes me less than twenty minutes. There are cheaper places nearby, but you get what you pay for.
I recommend living here if you want a quieter area then downtown. You get your own room and bathroom which is super nice. Also have a bus pass that takes you to straight to the library is awesome. The only downside is the thin walls and floors.
I lived here for 2yrs and it was great for the price. Best part is having my own bedroom/bathroom. Recommend living on 3rd floor so you don’t hear people upstairs.
Love the layout of the pointe and that you get your own room but they cannot handle problems very well.
