Jaqueline Cabral I loved the place, everything was very clean and organized, the apartment was beautiful, very well treated, the people who work in the office provide you with spectacular service, they make you feel welcome, they are very friendly and help you solve everything, thank you all very much for providing a spectacular service to me and my family

Verified Renter Decent for the price. Could use an upgrade on the exterior. Interior renovations are generally as advertised but are not high quality. Please tour your specific unit before signing.

Verified Renter Wonderful neighborhood very quiet and peaceful. Staff is very pleasant and tend to your needs. Maintenance is efficient and respond to request in a timely manner

Verified Renter It’s ok…rent is high and not that many amenities. Things get fixed but not that fast alot of birds and poop everywhere. It’s been ok living here but ready to move

Verified Renter Generally the neighborhood is calm. There have been a few issues but overall ok. There needs to be better lighting in the parking lots, and cameras ! Corners were clearly cut when updating the apartments

Verified Renter The reason for 3 stars: the lack of communication between residents and the property staff. In general, telling a customer/client/resident things like “you aren’t the only one affected by BLANK” shows a lack of empathy and customer service acumen. If you’re looking for exceptional customer service or help with unit related issues, pool elsewhere. We will not be renewing our lease in 2024 and already found another nearby neighborhood with better amenities, staff that communicates, lower rent and more space.

Verified Renter Well l, I’m waiting on a decision for certain part of my apt to get painted. Outside of that I believe we have a good community. The staff that I have dealt with all have been nice..

Verified Renter The maintenance crew is great the upkeep of grounds are good all the amenities are good as well would most certainly recommend this apartment complex.
