Verified Renter Apartment complex is quiet and clean. Staff and neighbors are nice. Maintenance handles issues quickly and effectively. Would recommend, price is average to apartments nearby

Verified Renter Although Arrive is a good place to live, at night the parking lot is pretty dark, people not cleaning up after their pets, other than that my experience has been good

Verified Renter So far the management staff have been prompt and friendly. The amenities and location are great and on par with price. It has been a good experience these years lived here, comfortable, quiet and very friendly staff. very good environment, central and there is everything nearby

Verified Renter So far everything has been great. My neighbors that I’ve met are really nice and my building is really quiet. So far so good. There was one minor issue with my move in date. But we got it squared away and i was able to move in a day early.

Verified Renter Honestly overall great move in experience! The apartment I moved into was newly renovated with updated appliances. (apartment pictures on the website are not updated fyi) The renovation crew for this apartment is not the best. Just be sure to double check appliances. I had to hook up the washer and dryer.

Verified Renter The community and location is nice. My issues are the speed of the communication from staff and the cleanliness of the apartment when i moved in.

By far and away the WORST leasing office I have ever dealt with!!! This is one of those situations where I noticed a couple warning flags early on, but I ignored them cause I thought they were one off issues. Let me tell you, they are NOT one off issues. I have lived in multiple apartments, in several states, all the way through college till here at Arrive Odenton North, and I can say without any doubt that this is the worst leasing office I have ever had.
