Verified Renter Although Arrive is a good place to live, at night the parking lot is pretty dark, people not cleaning up after their pets, other than that my experience has been good

Verified Renter So far everything has been great. My neighbors that I’ve met are really nice and my building is really quiet. So far so good. There was one minor issue with my move in date. But we got it squared away and i was able to move in a day early.

Verified Renter Honestly overall great move in experience! The apartment I moved into was newly renovated with updated appliances. (apartment pictures on the website are not updated fyi) The renovation crew for this apartment is not the best. Just be sure to double check appliances. I had to hook up the washer and dryer.

By far and away the WORST leasing office I have ever dealt with!!! This is one of those situations where I noticed a couple warning flags early on, but I ignored them cause I thought they were one off issues. Let me tell you, they are NOT one off issues.
