Make it Your Next Home I lived at The Point at Seven Oaks for 7 years until my husband and I bought our house. We moved here from North Carolina and weren't sure if Maryland would ever feel like home for us. I am happy to say that thanks in large part to the staff at The Point at Seven Oaks, we now consider Maryland our home. The staff was always so welcoming and accommodating. Great place to live I have lived there for 3 years and have loved it. The maintenance team is quick and resolved issues. The leasing office is friendly and will treat you like you are the most important tenant. Overall I have been happy at this complex.

Not what I expected I found this place online and went for a tour and everything seemed great! The rooms were nice, grounds were kept up, management was nice. After talking to a friend in the area I found out about the numerous fires that have happened (multiple within the past few years). The area is supposedly not as great as it seems. They have a holding fee that is refundable if you cancel within 48 hours. However, trying to get in touch with the front office is a nightmare!! New management - huge step down in service Previously would have been 4 stars, but there's been a noticeable downgrade in service (responsiveness to requests, completion of tasks, upkeep of yeah compactor area, etc) since new management had taken over a little over a year ago. I'd expect more from a place with $1500/mo rent
socialablly outgoing Outgoing neighbors and every day is a new story. The apartments are cozy with FIRE PLACES!!!
