Verified Renter The community and location is nice. My issues are the speed of the communication from staff and the cleanliness of the apartment when i moved in.

By far and away the WORST leasing office I have ever dealt with!!! This is one of those situations where I noticed a couple warning flags early on, but I ignored them cause I thought they were one off issues. Let me tell you, they are NOT one off issues. $250 admin fee and 50 app fee charges - 645 fico and 150K annual salary - still denied Can't understand - hey perhaps they make money off of having the admin fee that is not refundable, the front office denied my app after a nightmare experience of placing the app. I've tried calling, leaving voicemails, emailing the 1st rental agent Lillya (sp ?) with no return then she took my information down incorrectly. Then passed me to another and she was superficially nice, glad for the denial, just moved on to better.
Great Staff My wife and I have lived here for 5 years and it has been such a positive experience since day 1. The leasing staff, Lisa, Candy, and Heather are so sweet and respond to residents feedback professionally and quickly. The complex also hosts resident events to bring the community together. I’ve lived at other properties, and have never felt as much as family as we do here.

Love it here The location is wonderful . Lisa In the office is always wonderful to work with and the maintenance staff (jerrell Lenny and Tyler) are quick friendly and fix any issue you have . Quiet and clean place to live . - Sara D

Make it Your Next Home I lived at The Point at Seven Oaks for 7 years until my husband and I bought our house. We moved here from North Carolina and weren't sure if Maryland would ever feel like home for us. I am happy to say that thanks in large part to the staff at The Point at Seven Oaks, we now consider Maryland our home. The staff was always so welcoming and accommodating. Great place to live I have lived there for 3 years and have loved it. The maintenance team is quick and resolved issues. The leasing office is friendly and will treat you like you are the most important tenant. Overall I have been happy at this complex.

Not what I expected I found this place online and went for a tour and everything seemed great! The rooms were nice, grounds were kept up, management was nice. After talking to a friend in the area I found out about the numerous fires that have happened (multiple within the past few years). The area is supposedly not as great as it seems. They have a holding fee that is refundable if you cancel within 48 hours. However, trying to get in touch with the front office is a nightmare!!
