Verified Renter Clean and efficient community. It has many rules then we are not used too. Maintenance is fair. The Residents Services had issues on the North side. Now it only located on the South side.

Verified Renter It’s been a decent stay. Property is nice however there are security concerns that need to be addressed. Towing is not enforced and the sketchy characters that hang on out at the gas station find themselves traveling into the neighborhood at night which have caused issues. The lack of coverage in the north leasing office is problematic

Verified Renter By Opiniion The Staff Is Excellent. The Maintenace staff does great work. I have been here for only a month, and they have taken care of all my needs in my apartment. Which are minor things, but I am so grateful that they are here to help my family and me. The property manager staff is great as well. They are so nice, respectful, and polite.
