Verified Renter My experience as a whole is good just a little disappointed that they don't upgrade some of the appliances ie. Refrigerator or stove pretty much the same appliances when complex was built but like I said over all I'm pleased

Verified Renter Its okay. Apartment hallways are dirty. I reached out to someone about it but got very unpleasant response. Rent is a bit high but apartments are nice.

Verified Renter I enjoy being a resident. The building I reside is quiet and I feel safe. It's Aldo very soothing and serene when I'm working from home. Ms. Tina is also awesome!

Verified Renter It is a place to stay for now :-) Everyplace has it's own issues and neighbors. You just have to make the best of it. The office staff help where they can but there are also some neighbors who feel entitled.

Verified Renter Everything was easy and the move in was great. I really have to say that Ms. Arketha was very polite and helpful through this whole moving process. I would recommend anyone who is interested in renting an apartment to come to arrive Odenton you would get great customer service and support.

stalker maintenance workers, poor management & bad quality I wish I could give zero stars. This place is HORRIBLE. The apartments are old and crusty and the rent is way OVERPRICED for the actual quality of the units. They slap white paint over everything and merely changed the hardware on old cabinets to cover the fact nothing has been updated in decades.The walls are so thin you can hear neighbors conversations and people running up and down the steps. Don't Rent Here -- A Maintenance & Security Nightmare I am nearly half-way through my second year at Arrive Odenton South & I do not plan on renewing. Verified Renter Been living here for about a year - no issues at all - Had a ceiling leak into my living room and the maintenance guy came right out and fixed it. Community is quiet and no issues - people are friendly. Only wish people would clean up after their dogs or park where they are allowed! Other than that there are no complaints and im looking forward to renewing my lease when the time comes.
