Verified Renter Been living here for about a year - no issues at all - Had a ceiling leak into my living room and the maintenance guy came right out and fixed it. Community is quiet and no issues - people are friendly. Only wish people would clean up after their dogs or park where they are allowed! Other than that there are no complaints and im looking forward to renewing my lease when the time comes.

Verified Renter Cons: When I moved in the apartment was not clean. Stains in the cabinets, baseboards, counter tops, window sills, etc. There was even dirt on the floor. There was also lots of evidence of wear and tear, which is fine, but I didn't want to get charged for it. There's also piles of dog poop around outside and it is dimly lit.
