Maintenance staff is very helpful and courteous when called in to repair appliances, change lights, adjust door frames etc. Jose has been the person that has done the work many times. Verified Renter When I first moved in a little over a year ago, upkeep of the complex was great, I've seen that wane a bit. Maintenance is generally quick. I'm only moving because I prefer at least a townhouse (I'm just not an apt person), the apts are too small for the amount of rent (incl small kitchen/ not enough cabinet space), and the location of my apt attracts just too many spiders.
