Verified Renter Arrive truly tries to keep the community engaged. They will have 1-2 monthly events for the residence. My only bit of criticism would be the rent is a little high for the ammount of space you fet. I'm sure they are along the lines of like apartments. But it's still a little high.

Verified Renter Nicest place for the $ I found apt shopping when I moved to the area. Happy w my decision to move in. Quiet place w great location & amenities. Only downside- balcony storage is strict on what can be stored.
