Verified Renter This community have a home feeling and has been very welcoming and supportive. It has been very comfortable to live in as well as quiet. Some of my neighbors have been a little noisy but overall good

Verified Renter So far I am loving Arrive Crofton! The office staff has been very friendly and helpful and my apartment is amazing. I had a couple maintenance requests that had to be completed upon moving in and the maintenance crew completed both in a timely manner and left everything very clean.

Verified Renter Overall, a good experience. There have been a lot more maintenance or administrative issues than I am accustomed to. However, staff have been quick to respond and resolve.

Verified Renter My experience has been great thus far! The community is quiet and clean all the time. The staff have been nice and courteous. The neighbors are pretty friendly as well.

Verified Renter The staff and maintenance are amazing and I’ve never had an issue. It’s definitely worth the cost with all the amenities. If I could, I would definitely renew.

Verified Renter Very nice place, just wish the upper floors were more accessible to handicap people. I have a couple family members who wouldn’t be able to make it up the stairs to my place.

Verified Renter The grounds are beautiful and the cleaning is good. The apartment is very helpful to me because it is handicapped. I enjoy seeing people walk by with their dogs.
