Verified Renter Arrive Crofton is right in the heart of Crofton. Access to everything with ease. I can walk or drive to the grocery store, CVS, the hardware store, shopping and restaurants. The apartment complex is well maintained and is well lit. The apartment grounds are maintained extremely well. The spring/summer landscaping and routine leaf pickup during the fall and winter keeps the area looking extremely manicured. Verified Renter Finding this place was a good thing for us. We are now closer to our Granddaughters in Bowie. We hope to be able to buy a house in the next couple of years. Being here has made things possible for us to save money. Also we have here just about every store within walking distance to our condo. The whole place is kept clean and pretty. lol. Yes, Arrive Crofton looks fancy. When you see it you will be thinking about what it would look like to live here
