Verified Renter So far, so good! The property manager is very responsive! I recently moved in and it’s a bit chilly in here. Even the water from the faucets aren’t getting hot. I like how trash valet picks up trash almost everyday! It’s so convenient! The property was also quick to ensure that salt was on the roads and sidewalks in preparation of the recent snow. Verified Renter Absolutely adore management! They are genuinely kind, helpful, fun and knowledgeable. Crofton is well kept. Maintenance is also the best. They are trustworthy and very attentive to any and all requests. A bonus is they welcome pets. For most, pets are family so that’s essential and they understand that.

Verified Renter Poorly made apartment and not worth the price. Doesn’t matter what gets fixed the issue still remains. The head maintenance person is arrogant. It’s a bug infested building. Absolutely disgusting.
