Verified Renter Friendly environment. Just the homes a little odd. Small pantry. Like a crack in the wall. If you have to store things you’ll need extra storage furniture or maybe a storage unit else where.

Verified Renter Great staff and quick to respond for maintenance. Very nice amenities. Crime is a little off the hook, though. I’ve had my car broken into, and several of my neighbors have had rims stolen off of their vehicles. Would rather have video surveillance, then concierge, trash removal.

Verified Renter It’s been a pleasant experience living in the apartment community. However, the car break-ins is a huge concern. The presence of police vehicles on the on the property doesn’t appear to be a deterrent. I requested a community town hall meeting in order for residents to come together to discuss ideas in making the community more safe. My request has not been addressed.
