Verified Renter Everything is great except for a few cars that never move and have expired plates. They take up parking spots that we desperately need. Management is great and maintenance always does a great job. My only complaint is the wasted parking spots.
Worst management ever Arrive is awful! It was wayyyy better when I moved here and it was called the point of crofton but since we got new management they have made EVERYTHING an inconvenience to the pony where they have storage containers just sitting in the parking lots taking away 8 parking spaces forcing you to park at another building and they hiked the prices up drastically. DONT MOVE HERE This has been the worse living experience of my life. I moved in at the height of the Pandemic and was shown a video tour since their policy at the time was limited in person or no in person tours, and when I moved in the apartment was not the same unit I was previously shown. Since then I notified the management office immediately that I would be moving out at the end of my lease, which was due to end February 8th, however they would not recognize my initial notification as a notice to vacate and demanded tha... read more

New Management Company Lower Quality Service Lived at keswick/the point of Crofton(Panco Management Corporation) for 2 years. Moving in was great. Maintenance was quick in responding to any problems. However the property management company changed the last year I was here and quality went down. Grounds were poorly kept. Only 2 trash compactors on the whole property. Best Overall Complex in Crofton - Great Location, Upgrades, Amenities, and Nice Staff With its fairly recent renovations, Keswick became the nicest apartment complex in Crofton in a great location with nice upgrades, community amenities, and nice front office.
