Horrible experience i got a complaint at 8pm that I was too loud when I didn’t even have music playing. Walls are thin hotel sucks! Breakfast is embarrassing only bread and hard boiled egg! Over all terrible experience! Don’t book this hotel unless your 65 and older and don’t plan on doing anything unless sleeping. Hotel sucks!

From the time we checked in, service was excellent. I forgot to bring my toothbrush so I asked where the nearest store I can buy, and the concierge provided not only the toothbrush but several tubes of toothpaste too. Then, we were at the main lobby, waiting for our tour, hubby asked for a hand lotion which I left at the hotel room, and I didn’t want to go back to the room to get it, so again I went to the concierge and I just asked if they have any, and of course they do, and handed me the small bottle of lotion!
