The Staff were friendly welcoming & fun we enjoyed the rooms and complimentary coffe and waters! The rooms were clean & cozy.

Im not sure what hotel the bad reviews came from, because my experience here was top notch! This is one of the nicer hotels in Portland. This trip I stayed in 3 different of the top ranked hotels in Portland and Mark Spencer by far was the best! Its location is perfect for downtown getting around and hanging.
