Worst costumer service I have ever dealt with. I have called them at least twice a week for the last two months and have left a voicemail each time because no one answers. AND I have yet to even receive a call or email back. Terrible costumer service. I had submitted an application for Briargate on Main, in Parker, CO and canceled the application within 48hrs of sending it. I was told I would receive my security deposit back and after almost four months I have not received it. Worst costumer service ever.

Do Not Move into the Arwen Vista Apartments in Charlotte NC. This by far one of the most poorly ran Apartments in Charlotte. The property is dirty, the security gate is always broken and my vehicle was broken into. The property manager is never available, NEVER. I moved out after staying there almost year due to the continues problems. My security deposit was never returned and was advised that I had a balance of $116. I rented an apartment at the Silverdale Ridge location. After leaving we contacted the property management office and talked to them to see if we owed anything at all and asked when we would receive our deposit. They took our forwarding address and we were assured that we owed nothing and that our full deposit would be sent to us in the mail shortly. Arwen Vista- Charlotte NC. (DO NOT MOVE THERE) May 6, 2020: Move In May 10, 2020: Man jumping/laying in bushes in front of patio. While inebriated and he continuously attempted to throw a broom to the 2nd while yelling (captured on video and shown to management). Management states they will address. May 11, 2020: Hot Tub was found full of water on the patio above us. Leaked to our patio while roommate was reading. Roomate confronts them and they apologize. Worst experience ever with new apartment management. Save yourself the trouble. Cars get broken into no one does anything about it, your guest cars will get towed about after visiting for two hours than have to 150 to get there car out. If you have a question your net with attitude from the apartment manager Ashley very rude. First of all, I believe this company is paying someone to write good reviews for them, which I find to be very misleading. Here's what my move-in experience was like. I moved in during the COVID pandemic, so I called in asking about a specific floorplan and if they had a unit with wood floors (I have friends that had lived here, so I'd already seen the property, and I was intent on moving here). Independence Green Apartments in Farmington Hills, MI absolutely no customer service and they do not answer their phone, emails, or texts. You have absolutely no communication with this property owned by JRK Properties in L.A., CA and they are no better the receptionist actually hangs up on you. I wouldn't be able to tell you ANYTHING about the apartment complex because I haven't been able to move in. I drive over 600 miles to relocate to Dallas for a job. They called while I was on the road the night before to tell me my unit wasn't ready. They said they didn't know when it will be ready.
