I wish I could give zero stars. The new manager is a major crack head, and the ladies in the office literally don't know anything and always tell me to "relax and calm down" when I have a complaint. They keep putting notes on my door and sending emails trying to charge me these false fees and I have to keep emailing in proof that I am not in breach of contract and get no response but they have the time to email me a threat to charge me fees and leave things on my door. New owners JRK residential Group are awful. Very inefficient staff, rude manager! My moving out charges were all fraudulent. I lived there 8 yrs, lots of charges for normal wear and tear. Not to mention the extra charges for pest control, for the rat in the kitchen that chewed thru the wall and the cord to the stove. Hideaways at Greenbrier Apartments - Chesapeake, VA. Caitlyn is rude and unprofessional, she display no humility with the concerns that were brought to her attention move-in day. She would not release the keys until after 4pm, did not communicate who to make the money order paybale to. I'm in saratoga place apartments in Sarasota, FL and the leasing manager had my car towed from a handycap spot, my car had the handycap placard and also the tag on a registered as handycap. We got into an argument over parking and I told her I can park in handycap legally and I also asked for the harassment to stop from the leasing manager vicki davis roberts and her assistant brad and she still sent me emails and notes on my door telling me not to park there when I have a handycap sticker. The property I resided at was anything but luxury as advertised. Rented from out of state and upon arrival the security gates didn't work and were non functioning for the duration of occupancy, the second floor unit I was rented was full of soft spots in the floor so bad that my toddler tripped frequently when walking across the living room. This property management group are slumlords. Heritage at Lake Side in Plano has mold in the walls ++. Not fit for habitation. Management doesn't care and robs you of your money. There needs to be a class action suit brought against them.
So far our experience has been terrible. They seemed nice at first but then everything went downhill. The pictures online look nothing like the actual apartments or the grounds outside. Several of the fountains don't work, the pool, hotter and lounge areas around it are disgusting. There is constantly trash laying all over the grounds. The gates haven't worked right since we've moved in.
