Horrible experience! Paid to include a storage unit that ended up with water drainage damaging my property. Ended up with mold on my possessions and they denied ever being made aware of it even though I went to the office and tried to tell them about it. The receptionist's answer was "Take it up with your renter's insurance." I even said "Don't you want to look at it? It's your storage unit!" So disgusted with this company and their staff. Jrk properties is the worst. I rent at shadow ridge at southlands in aurora co and they have the worst management. No space for parking literally only like 20 resident spots and the rest are owned by the other residents.... They're quick to overcharge you on utilities but don't have proper maintenance. Dog poop all over the grass broken sprinklers you name it. If anyone ever decides to rent for these people DONT
I filled out an application and put a deposit down on a unit on 8/14/21 for Parc 51 Tulsa Oklahoma. I was denied on 8/17/21. I asked for my deposit back and was told it could take 45 days or more for them to return it. I sent them an email with the address to send the deposit. I never received an email back stating if they'd received the email or a date that my deposit would be returned. I sent an email to JRK tenet relations and haven't heard back. I'd just like my money returned.
JRK Residential Group sent a lease at a rate of $2,540 to be signed, and then a second amended lease date with a rental rate of $2,590. I never agreed to a higher rental price, and now management refuses to refund me my $500 application fee. I have never lived here, but their practices are shady from the start. JRK does bait and switch to get a higher rental amount hoping that their residence does not read the lease in its entirety.
Worst apartment complex in windermere. Do yourself a favor and do not rent here. They charge a lot of money and call it "luxury living" but living here was a nightmare. Apartment dirty upon move in, no pest control even though they charge for it every month. Rude and unprofessional Manager (G.Davis). No consistency with their leasing staff. They do not answer the phone/respond to emails, ever. A/C was broken multiple times while living there, and there is no sense of urgency to get the repairs done. JRK operates on principals and practices that violate ethics, possibly state or local laws and certainly not what your mother would have taught you. I have tried contacting them to get return of a wrongly charged security deposit for 6 weeks, They do not answer the phone, hang up and will not even answer respectful emails or messages. Please do no business with them and WARN others
If I could give them zero stars I would, over and over again. I don't know even know where to start. I am paying top dollar for what they call "luxury living" and its horrific living. My air conditioning was broker for EIGHT months. The tiles in my shower are falling off and there's a giant hole in my shower wall that looks like it is growing mold. The pool is DARK GREEN, totally not safe to swim in. I have mold in my dishwasher no matter how much I clean it. The carpet in my bedroom doesn't even go all the way to the wall. ... read more

The Vineyard - owned by JRK Property Holdings, is so messed up, IDK where to begin. LONG story short, all the negative 1 star reviews on Google/Yelp are accurate. We assumed that because we're clean/quiet/responsible/pay our bills on time, that wouldn't be our experience. WRONG.
