Serenade at River Park Apartments of Oxnard does not warn potential renters of a 3.5x monthly income to rent ratio requirement prior to accepting $55 for an "application fee"and $576 online for a "deposit fee." Once they determine not to accept your application, they will not process an immediate reimbursement to your credit cart, but will mail you a $500 printed check approximately one month later. Carroll's Creek Landing is now on it's 6 or 7th property manager since 2018. This company won't fund solutions to property issues. The garbage compactor is CONSTANTLY down. Trash piles up. They have had fines from the county health dept multiple times. They have ONE that is not the correct size. They also instruct residents to operate it despite hazard signs on the machinery prohibiting this. They simply leaving the operating key in the hole so anyone (child or adult) can operate this heavy machinery. They fail to hire enoug... read more

We filled out an online application where they asked for $500 as a security deposit. they said they would return the money to us since November 2021 and until today April 2022 they have not refunded. We called several times and emailed and no one responded. Someone needs to stop this company from taking money from people.

My son lived there, and the upstairs lady, named Lindsey Richardson building c 103, would use her past employment because she use to work for them, would call and tell them whatever was going on in the neighborhood, She turned in puppies in the dead of winter, and the apartment stated they would come to take puppies by force out of the apartment. RESIDENCES AT LAKESIDE LOMBARD IL: Pool and clubhouse are nice so the units are not. High utility costs (around 80 a month for water, pest control, garbage, etc). Your living room and dining room are basically a part of the hallway noise-wise. to top it off, I am on day 12 trying to get my rent prorated because their portal does not know how to deal with people that are moving out in the middle of the month. LOWELL MA- Cabot Crossing owned and "managed" by JRK: Rapidly increasing rent with no improvements made to the property--actually the opposite. These apartments are tiny and overpriced. There is a hidden extra $300 added to your security deposit if you have a pet ON TOP OF the $75/monthly pet fee. Cabana West apartments named now white sands luxury apartments, during the year I lived there there were paddles of pee inside the building, trash on the stairs, there were rats and roaches in the hallway, all these issues were notify to the office several times and they never did anything about it. the dryer never worked properly, we notified several times and they never send someone to fix it and when they did, was not fixed, after reported it so many times we asked them to replace it, and the manager was very rude with us... read more

The arbors at California Oaks bad business renters beware. Trying to recoup lost money during covid. Submitted rent February 2, hand delivered to office and given to employee . Check not cleared called office at least 6 times. Never any call back. Went to manager Krystal she said they did not get...why not notified. Oh by the way all last year you should have been paying more, now I need to pay that too, and by the way new rent is now $1600 a month plus utility billing $100. Unfair and probably illegal.
