When I lived there I was very satisfied with the Apartment. My opinion of them has drastically changed since when I have been trying to get my security deposit back. First off they attempted to send me to pre-collections without notifying me of this even though I talked to people in the office and told me I was all square on payments. I want to give it 0 stars honestly. I've been a tenant here for 2.5 years...terrible I know. But when I first moved there was a rent special going on for $1289 for a 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom, couldn't beat it. However, as the months went by, everything in the apartment was breaking, mind you i was there maybe 3x a month at this point...the hallways are always dirty and smells like dog pee ALL THE TIME. Deserves 0 stars. The front gate is always broken and propped open. It is no longer a "gated community" at that point. We continuously receive emails about and notices threatening a $75 fine for leaving trash on the ground although the trash compactor is always broken. Many issue with the apartment. The A/C broke and flooded the apartment causing mold growth and wall damage in the 2nd bedroom. The wood window frames are rotting outside and causing leaks into the bedrooms during stores. The people running this place are absolute garbage. Been living for 4+ years all of a sudden bills are increased over 30% with no explanation or reason for the increase. I have attempted to make multiple contacts. Have been paying everybill on time. And now I am being charged a late fee for so called "delinquent payment". So its lying, and evading questions and responsibility of their business practices. Disgusted. Please put a stop to this!
Moved out of one of their apartments over 3 months and am still waiting to get my security deposit back. Since the 30 day period to return the security deposit has passed, I have been calling and emailing to see what is going on. It's extremely difficult to get in touch with someone and when I do, there is always a different reason they haven't returned my security deposit.
This place is a scam. My roommate and I were not allowed to see our potential unit and the EVENING before our move in date I was called and told that our unit was not ready because a toilet FELL through the ceiling to the apartment below. The managers solution was (with out any sort of compensation for the inconvenience) "we can move you to another unit in another building then in 3 weeks move you back to the original unit. I planned to move in back on May 3rd, 2022. The apartment unit that was shown to me was very pretty and recently remodel. When I made my payment and got my keys and I enter the actual unit I was assigned it was NOTHING compared to what I was shown in the tour. (this is not even the worse part) I immediately went back and returned the keys, Aracely, there told me I could return the unit and the keys, and I would get a refund for my first month payment and deposit the only thing I wouldn't get back was my application fee ($350... read more
Horrible customer service! This company doesn't have any integrity or respect for their tenants. They leave appliances broken for months and the property manager doesn't like to take accountability for any! The property manager can't keep any employees longer than 2 weeks because of her negligence to do things correctly.
Terrible management, they don't answer the phones and the voicemail is filled. Work orders are ignored and sometimes falsely stated they were completed. In one year we gone through SIX property managers and rental managers (Barb, Jocelyn, Dustin, Patty, Michelle, and the new one who started 7/8/22). The two year old carpets has never been shampooed and rarely vacuumed. The white baseboard are grey from dirty mop water. Dirty walls with chipped paint in the common areas.
