I am very pleased to see that the workout room has been expanded and equipment upgrades are being made. It’s a great opportunity to stay fit and add more exercises to my walking routine. Verified Renter I've been here since May 1st and so far I absolutely love it. I love my apartment. My building is quiet and the neighbors are super friendly. The view from my balcony is my absolute favorite thing. Having my morning coffee out there is what I enjoy the most. IF I HAD ONE COMPLAINT IT WOULD BE THE AMOUNT OF SPIDERS IN THE STAIRWELLS. THEY NEED TO BE CLEANED AND SPRAYED WITH A PESTICIDE. That would make it so much better.

Verified Renter My neighbors make living here at the landings a horrible experience. They constantly make excessive amounts of noise from 7:00am until sometimes 11:45 pm and leave trash outside their door in the breezeway. The trash attracts flies and smells horrid with the extreme heat. I’ve made several complaints but the bad behavior continues.
