Verified Renter Apt building is constantly dirty. Regular cleaning maintenance does not exist. I am constantly cleaning and sweeping n mopping in front of my apt. door. Neighbors leave their dirty shoes outside of their door, and allow their children to play in the hallway with balls. There's items left outside of doors. I think people are confused about apt living vs living in a pvt home.

Verified Renter I have been here about six months now. For the most part everything has been relatively quiet. I was very skeptical of moving from a 4-bedroom house and downsizing to a 1 bedroom apartment but as each day passes, the neighborhood in itself allows me to feel welcome. I have had to call maintenance on two separate occasions and they reacted pretty quickly to my requests.
