Verified Renter Overall experience here is cool and quieter for the most part. I also love that they suspend towing around some holidays so family can come visit and stay over if needed. Staff are helpful and very responsive as well.

Verified Renter The neighborhood is fine but it’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes and there’s no communication with residents when crime is happening. And notifications are always last minute with no time to prepare.
Verified Renter The neighborhood is cool but maintenance takes forever to come fix anything, Or they half fix it. And the towing company is the worst. But they do have different activities for families every now and then.

Verified Renter I love the location and my ap, however there is a serious roach infestation. Therefore I'm less likely to renew my lease.After several complaints to the leasing office the problem remains the same.
