Verified Renter My resident experience is not bad. Maintenance and staff are responsive. I recently found out my building is one of the best when it comes to cleanliness so that is good to know. They have been more on top of doing pest control services, etc. and the recent snow we have had they have been cleaning up pretty well.

Verified Renter I love living at The Landings. I love the new manager Dory, she’s very attentive to our needs. Jen is the best assistant we have had. Roberto is always positive and upbeat. They all are very professional and helpful. I look forward to renewing another year!

Verified Renter Staff in the office is always very friendly. I've been here about 9 months now and I still love it as much as the first day I moved in. I have had to call a couple of times about our breezeway lights not working and it was addressed and fixed very quickly. Which I appreciate because at 5 am when I leave for work these breezeway are pitch black.

Verified Renter Apt building is constantly dirty. Regular cleaning maintenance does not exist. I am constantly cleaning and sweeping n mopping in front of my apt. door. Neighbors leave their dirty shoes outside of their door, and allow their children to play in the hallway with balls. There's items left outside of doors. I think people are confused about apt living vs living in a pvt home.
