Verified Renter I recently moved in on Saturday and I don’t have any major things I’m worried about. The balcony has some hornets nests and spider webs that need to be taken care of but other than that it’s a great apartment. My building seems very friendly with one another. My kids and I have been greeted by neighbors and I have seen kids outside playing. As we get more settled in we will explore the neighborhood.
