Verified Renter The neighborhood is fine but it’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes and there’s no communication with residents when crime is happening. And notifications are always last minute with no time to prepare.
Verified Renter The neighborhood is cool but maintenance takes forever to come fix anything, Or they half fix it. And the towing company is the worst. But they do have different activities for families every now and then.

Verified Renter My experience here has changed a bit as the crime rate seems to have picked up here a bit and more foot traffic around. Overall, it is still an okay place to live but I have found myself having to look over my shoulder more than usual.
