Verified Renter Naboirhood seems nice but apartment was not serviced well. Leaks, cracks, loose screws, holes and missing siding. Also the utilities are very old.

Verified Renter There has been a lot of changes for the many years and I’ve lived here, but it has always been a comfortable place and always a family orientated place recently. It doesn’t always feel as such but I raised all my three boys here and it has been a lovely community meeting, new people and welcoming new people

Verified Renter I’m pleased to see that new trees have been planted in areas where trees or shrubbery was uprooted. The new property management must have gotten USPS to install a new stand-alone unit of mailboxes for the one that was an eyesore. I’ve had the opportunity to meet with the new property manager regarding some of my concerns, and it was a very pleasant and productive conversation. Verified Renter Enjoy the neighborhood, but communication needs to be better with the tenants and staff. I have sent emails with request for wanting to move into a bigger place, billing issues, and maintenance issues. Just got my maintenance issues done after multiple stents.
