Verified Renter Staff in the office is always very friendly. I've been here about 9 months now and I still love it as much as the first day I moved in. I have had to call a couple of times about our breezeway lights not working and it was addressed and fixed very quickly. Which I appreciate because at 5 am when I leave for work these breezeway are pitch black.

Verified Renter Apt building is constantly dirty. Regular cleaning maintenance does not exist. I am constantly cleaning and sweeping n mopping in front of my apt. door. Neighbors leave their dirty shoes outside of their door, and allow their children to play in the hallway with balls. There's items left outside of doors. I think people are confused about apt living vs living in a pvt home.

I was very skeptical of moving from a 4-bedroom house and downsizing to a 1 bedroom apartment but as each day passes, the neighborhood in itself allows me to feel welcome. I have had to call maintenance on two separate occasions and they reacted pretty quickly to my requests.
