Verified Renter I have been here about six months now. For the most part everything has been relatively quiet. I was very skeptical of moving from a 4-bedroom house and downsizing to a 1 bedroom apartment but as each day passes, the neighborhood in itself allows me to feel welcome. I have had to call maintenance on two separate occasions and they reacted pretty quickly to my requests. Verified Renter Overall experience here is cool and quieter for the most part. I also love that they suspend towing around some holidays so family can come visit and stay over if needed. Staff are helpful and very responsive as well.

Verified Renter The neighborhood is fine but it’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes and there’s no communication with residents when crime is happening. And notifications are always last minute with no time to prepare.
