Verified Renter I have been here now for about nine months. So far, so good. There has been a change in personnel (which happens) BUT in my opinion the staff seems to have not missed a beat (even in "catching up"). There is definitely an aura of "we are here to serve and get it right" and I see and appreciate this. Looking forward to a lasting relationship.

Verified Renter My resident experience is not bad. Maintenance and staff are responsive. I recently found out my building is one of the best when it comes to cleanliness so that is good to know. They have been more on top of doing pest control services, etc. and the recent snow we have had they have been cleaning up pretty well.

Verified Renter Staff in the office is always very friendly. I've been here about 9 months now and I still love it as much as the first day I moved in. I have had to call a couple of times about our breezeway lights not working and it was addressed and fixed very quickly. Which I appreciate because at 5 am when I leave for work these breezeway are pitch black.
