Management Needs to Enforce their Own Lease Agreement This is a really nice place to live with amicable people in the office and especially the maintenance staff, but you need to seal in all the gaps in the apartment to prevent roaches from coming in from the outside. Unfortunately, it's a flip of a coin, and if you get the wrong neighbors, your life may turn into hell, because the management is incapable of resolving these types of issues, even when a tenant flagrantly violates the lease agreement.
