Verified Renter I've had a rough start. I was out of A/C for almost 2 weeks, but the maintenance team did a great job fixing it. My second issue was roaches. I've seen them since I moved in. Every single size. I even had to flee in the middle of the night to my sister's house because I couldn't deal with it. I was promised that pest control would come in and spray the unit for the next 4 weeks. I have seen some improvement, but just today I killed 17 baby roaches. Disgusting. Verified Renter This place is not worth a penny that we pay in rent. Overpriced run down apartment. Squeaky floors and you hear every single footstep upstairs. No one is held accountable for any rules and when you voice a concern to the office they tell you they understand and they are so sorry but there isnt anything that they can do. My lease is up in June and it cant get here fast enough.
