Verified Renter I have really enjoyed living here over the last 8 months. It is a quiet community close to everything (grocery, shopping, restaurants) and yet it seems remote. The apartments are comfortable and well maintained. The staff has always been friendly and efficient. I love that it is a gated community, and a safe place to live.

Management seems to be involved with caring about the community regarding safety (during Covid) as well as creating socially distant community involved events. Anytime there is an issue, they get on it right away and the issue is resolved. As a resident for 6 years all together, If I could stay here for another 6 years without my rent increasing, Id sign quick fast and in a hurry.
Verified Renter Avana Acworth has been my home for 3 years. Its quiet, serene, and safe. It is truly a community of nice and friendly residents. The community events have been great in the last few years and the dog park is a plus.
