Verified Renter Avana Acworth is a great place to reside. Access gates always work unless there are those ignorant people that decide to run into it, causing a malfunction. Grounds are always kept up, maintenance always gets the job done when a request is put in, the office always sends out communication when issues are going on. They even recently planned a pool party for the residents which was great. Gotta love this place.
