Verified Renter The proximity to the interstate makes working in Atlanta an easy commute. The complex itself is nice, with nice residents and a nice exterior (recently renovated). Management is likely overworked, therefore unresponsive. Not sure if maintenance is actually checking out the problems I have had with my appliances. They kinda fixed my fridge once, but not really. All in all, 2.9/5 experience living here.

I have been very open regarding my issues both before, during, and after my move in. I faced many problems moving in. I continue to feel the same about the "team". Thomas, the maintenance man, is a keeper. He is a hard worker, speedy in getting a job completed, and always has a smile on his face.
