Expect several guaranteed problems (1) changes that enhances in the overall look of the community but services like grill, car wash and pool to be closed 8 of 12 months you live here. Peaceful Easy Feeling I recently relocated to Acworth from the State of Indiana. Cheri was extremely helpful in working with me to secure the appropriate apartment to meet my needs. In addition, both Lindsay and Dianne have gone out of their way to help me adjust to the area as well as readily responding to any questions I may have concerning the apartment. Do NOT live here!!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! I didn't believe the reviews I read! But now I'm about to be paying to get out of this mess after one month! I kid you not, this place is infested! I've had it sprayed for insects 5 times, and still see at least one a day! They're even in the shower!!! It's disgusting. My first day here, the dishwasher flooded my kitchen. Moiving in process My boyfriend and I just recently moved in to Stanton Place and seem to have mixed feelings. On the plus, the community is very nice. Quiet and newly built with nice floor plans. I feel very safe and peaceful. However, if you want maintence to come out to fix anything, you're basically on a days wait.
