Verified Renter This place is not worth a penny that we pay in rent. Overpriced run down apartment. Squeaky floors and you hear every single footstep upstairs. No one is held accountable for any rules and when you voice a concern to the office they tell you they understand and they are so sorry but there isnt anything that they can do. My lease is up in June and it cant get here fast enough.

Proceed with caution I’ve tried to be understanding of the community because with change in management comes change. Expect several guaranteed problems (1) changes that enhances in the overall look of the community but services like grill, car wash and pool to be closed 8 of 12 months you live here. (2) if the apartment above you has hardwood floors, expect to hear constant traffics. So if a family with children or rowdy college students live above you, learn to live with it. Peaceful Easy Feeling I recently relocated to Acworth from the State of Indiana. Cheri was extremely helpful in working with me to secure the appropriate apartment to meet my needs. In addition, both Lindsay and Dianne have gone out of their way to help me adjust to the area as well as readily responding to any questions I may have concerning the apartment. Do NOT live here!!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! I didn't believe the reviews I read! But now I'm about to be paying to get out of this mess after one month! I kid you not, this place is infested! I've had it sprayed for insects 5 times, and still see at least one a day! They're even in the shower!!! It's disgusting. My first day here, the dishwasher flooded my kitchen.
