Expect several guaranteed problems (1) changes that enhances in the overall look of the community but services like grill, car wash and pool to be closed 8 of 12 months you live here. Peaceful Easy Feeling I recently relocated to Acworth from the State of Indiana. Cheri was extremely helpful in working with me to secure the appropriate apartment to meet my needs. In addition, both Lindsay and Dianne have gone out of their way to help me adjust to the area as well as readily responding to any questions I may have concerning the apartment. Do NOT live here!!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! I didn't believe the reviews I read! But now I'm about to be paying to get out of this mess after one month! I kid you not, this place is infested! I've had it sprayed for insects 5 times, and still see at least one a day! They're even in the shower!!! It's disgusting. My first day here, the dishwasher flooded my kitchen. I had to wait one week for them to buy another one to replace it. Then my hot water heater flooded. It flooded into my bedroom, in the living room and they had to ... read more
Moiving in process My boyfriend and I just recently moved in to Stanton Place and seem to have mixed feelings. On the plus, the community is very nice. Quiet and newly built with nice floor plans. I feel very safe and peaceful. However, if you want maintence to come out to fix anything, you're basically on a days wait. Awesome! My boyfriend and I moved in 2 years ago and have fallen on love with it! The layout is perfect (it passed one of my pet peeves: having to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom). Silly, I know, but it really does make a huge difference. I have never had to wait more than 12 hours for a maitenence issue, and the new management is awesome! We are so glad to call Stanton Place our home!
