Comfortable and Safe Home If you enjoy a calm and peaceful life, this is the perfect place for you. The complex and grounds are well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment units are well designed and allow for great natural lighting and has a wonderful "at home" feeling.
It works Great access to 75, downtown Acworth. Outside of the buildings was just updated. Inside apartments are roomy. Kitchen is outdated, but functional. For the most part, it is quiet and clean. Pool area is decent, but could use a good cleaning (always leaves and debris floating in the pool, and the skimmer is not available for residents to use). A little piece of serenity... This place is a little piece of serenity. It's close to I75 and 575. There's a lot of dining, shopping, and family fun near by. I have a 1x1 and it's so spacious. This is the most spacious 1 bedroom I've lived in. The rooms and space are adequately designed. All the rooms are spacious and the layout just makes sense. Stanton Place We have had some issues with the com0lex, but overall, we have been very pleased. Management just changed, and it has changed for the better. If something goes wrong, maintenance will be there in a flash (no more than 6 hours for a non emergency).
Exactly What I was Looking For I moved from Arizona to Georgia. On my visit to Georgia, I found that all of the apartments that I had preselected to view ahead of time were all misrepresented online. The pictures were old and inaccurate. Time ran out and I had to move without having the chance to tour my apartment before moving in.
