I had two large projects done by The Improvement Store (10 windows and a large deck). Dan and his helper did a wonderful job on my deck and Alberti and crew did a great job on my windows. I would use them again for any household improvements.

I own the oldest house in *********, NC and l finally decided to get vinyl siding on the whole house. I got several quotes and decided to go with Carolina Improvements. The sales guy was very good with the quote and explained everything to me and I was pleased with the price. The installers were amazing and I could not believe they finished the job in four days. I would truly recommend to anyone that if you’re looking to get your house sided Carolina Improvements is the company that will do a great job.

We had our roof and skylights done. The workers were very professional and left our property the way they found it. If we called them with concerns or questions our calls were returned in a timely manner.

All interactions with company were excellent, of course with delays in getting materials from suppliers which is not the company’s fault, I was given weekly updates.The installation company was superb, they worked consistently and completed job is outstanding, looks like I have a brand new home. I would recommend this company and installers without reservation.

After all the delays in getting the materials and scheduling the installation I was extremely pleased with the installation team. They did an outstanding job of covering everything that was on the . contract and corrected anything not on the contract. Ex. replacing the front vent cover with new ones. Will highly recommend the installation team again. Would give the company five except for the delays in getting the installation completed.

The Home Improvement Store has not completed the building that was contracted. The pad was poured and looks great. The driveway looks good also. My husband has been in the hospital since the driveway was completed but according to a neighbor it was done correctly. There continues to be delays on the building siding. Of course, this is no fault of the Improvement Store. I am pleased with the completed work so far. ***** *
i got a house built in 1947 it had single pane windows.contacted them about siding and window replacement.est.came on time,time frame for work done on time,got phonecalls weekly on updates.very pleased with them.numerous people said how good everything looks.
