I'd just like to say every one from the front door to back door that we had to deal with was top notch they worked with me starting and stopping when I had some other work going on at the same time they were so under standing it was done on time and it was beautiful when the guys got through with it our privacy fence thank you guys so much God bless you all ??

Had to have roof replaced because of wind damage. Josh the salesperson to John, the office contact were very professional. The roofers even came on a Saturday to accommodate my work schedule!!! The roofers made sure the yard was clear of any debris before they left.

I had my deck replaced and had a great experience from my first meeting with Josh to my last conversation with Essence. Everyone I had contact with was professional, courteous and helpful. Definitely will be the first I will contact if and when I need more work done and I love my new deck.

They did a great job. Kept in constant contact and answered all my questions. I would use them again.
My husband and I are seniors and we decided that we needed to see about having gutter guards installed. We contacted The Improvement Store as we had seen their advertisement in our local newspaper. Josh, the Territory Manager, was very knowledgeable about the system and got the ball rolling for us. The installers did a great job. I recently had a new deck built and I must say it is a beautiful deck. I've already had many compliments on it. I also like to say that the men who installed it did a great job, they went about doing their business like professionals and I'm most pleased with they way they handled themselves but also the excellent work they did. We contracted with The Improvement Store for roof, window and siding replacement. The sales person, Josh, was on time and knowledgeable. After the initial meeting we had the full scope of work planned and had approved financing. It took around 4 hours with my wife and I asking a lot of questions and making color selections.
