The team was extremely friendly, and the service was excellent. I had a repair issue, and within a week, a technician came out and resolved it. They truly seem customer-focused and take pride in their work.They installed both my fence and patio, and I was very happy with the final result. The only reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to unexpected scheduling changes. I had my deck replaced with the envision decking. Great product and service was topnotch. Had a problem with some discoloration on a few boards and Imorovement store went above and beyond to order new boards to replace them. Contractors who installed the new decking did a great job, came on time, corrected areas where needed, kept the work area clean and were very pleasant to speak with. Highly recommend The Improvement Store for deck installation.
