My husband and I are seniors and we decided that we needed to see about having gutter guards installed. We contacted The Improvement Store as we had seen their advertisement in our local newspaper. Josh, the Territory Manager, was very knowledgeable about the system and got the ball rolling for us. The installers did a great job. We will definitely use The Improvement Store again for any future improvements.

I recently had a new deck built and I must say it is a beautiful deck. I've already had many compliments on it. I also like to say that the men who installed it did a great job, they went about doing their business like professionals and I'm most pleased with they way they handled themselves but also the excellent work they did. We contracted with The Improvement Store for roof, window and siding replacement. The sales person, Josh, was on time and knowledgeable. After the initial meeting we had the full scope of work planned and had approved financing. It took around 4 hours with my wife and I asking a lot of questions and making color selections. The Home Improvement Store put up leaf filter gutters, backyard chain link fence, and a 12 x 12 wooden deck. I was kept informed at all times about the status of the projects. I even had to postpone the deck building for over 2 months due to my husbands surgery, and they worked with me. All projects were completed to my complete satisfaction. Robert C****** and his crew did a very thorough and efficent job. They worked quickly to take down the old fence and got the new one up in 3 days. The clean up was great, as if they were never here. I would highly recommend them all to anyone needing a beautiful fence job.

I engaged with The Improvement Store for a complete window replacement project at my house. It took them exactly one full calendar year to satisfy this project. The original lead time on the project was 12 weeks. I made several courteous complaints . All fell on deaf ears. The level of customer service was terrible. Nothing but excuses. I am extremely disappointed. Especially in the general manager who failed to even listen to my concerns completely.

We had two different projects done by the Improvement Store. The first install was a wooden privacy fence. We had to wait for our outside trim to be done no fault of the contractor. We were out of town right after Christmas, then the suppliers was closed for a couple of days. I can say the project manager kept us informed every step of the way. We are satisfied with both projects. I would recommend the Improvement Store. ****
