Would highly recommend going with Home Improvement for any of your roof needs. I had to replace my roof and from the start they was up front about everything. The crew that came out did an amazing job and answered all my questions and gave me updates.

Had to have roof replaced because of wind damage. Josh the salesperson to John, the office contact were very professional. The roofers even came on a Saturday to accommodate my work schedule!!! The roofers made sure the yard was clear of any debris before they left.

I had my deck replaced and had a great experience from my first meeting with Josh to my last conversation with Essence. Everyone I had contact with was professional, courteous and helpful. Definitely will be the first I will contact if and when I need more work done and I love my new deck.

They did a great job. Kept in constant contact and answered all my questions. I would use them again.
My husband and I are seniors and we decided that we needed to see about having gutter guards installed. We contacted The Improvement Store as we had seen their advertisement in our local newspaper. Josh, the Territory Manager, was very knowledgeable about the system and got the ball rolling for us. The installers did a great job. I recently had a new deck built and I must say it is a beautiful deck. I've already had many compliments on it. I also like to say that the men who installed it did a great job, they went about doing their business like professionals and I'm most pleased with they way they handled themselves but also the excellent work they did.
