I had my deck replaced with the envision decking. Great product and service was topnotch. Had a problem with some discoloration on a few boards and Imorovement store went above and beyond to order new boards to replace them. Contractors who installed the new decking did a great job, came on time, corrected areas where needed, kept the work area clean and were very pleasant to speak with. Highly recommend The Improvement Store for deck installation.

Home Improvement Store is wonderful to work with, from start to finish. Everyone was extremely nice, from sales to installers. They called every week to give us an update on arrival of windows and gutters. I think the items even came in sooner than expected. ***** (the installer) was here on time each day. I was amazed how hard, fast and efficient he was. The cleanup was awesome. The windows are look great!! We couldn't be happier. Thank you so much Home Improvement Store.

Do not recommend this company. I had a metal roof installed 2019. September this yr I called because I notice 2 leaks in the roof. I understand that I would have to pay someone to come out to look at the issue. Well I called twice and NEVER heard anything to this day. I feel like there was no problem when I purchased the roof to get someone out but now i can not even get a fair price to see if I can afford them to come and look. Sure they want to price ***** me to get me to say ow that is ok. I have a 40yr metal warranty but... read more
very deceptive practices don't use them for windows. They will deceive senior citizens, especial seniors over the age of 70.

This case has been submitted to legal due to non payment and breach of contract.
Crew came in and put in a couple long days and got old roofing removed, bad wood replaced and new roof on in two and a half days. Did an excellent job cleaning up

I had to have roof replaced. They were very friendly and professional. Explained what materials were needed and cost. Supplies were delivered on a Friday and they started same day. Next day two of the roofers came out and finished the roof. I live in a 14x80 mobile home and it still only took 2 days.I would recommend them to friends and family and even strangers

The HIS s staff we pleasant to work with and allowed room for changes during the process. I would highly recommend.
