We got a new 6' privacy fence from Carolina Improvements and they did an awesome job. They actually were able to schedule us a couple of weeks earlier than they originally estimated. And when we had to delay a day or two for rain, they were able to accommodate our schedule needs as well. The guys that did the installation were friendly and did a very professional job. We're even looking to have them come back in the Spring to redo our deck.

The work on putting gutters on my house was done in a timely and efficient way. After checking on the work a few days ago, I noticed some gaps between the gutters and the fascia boards. It hasn't rained hard enough yet to determine if there would be a problem. I will continue to monitor that. In the meantime, everything went well.

My wife and I are happy to have new Hardie board siding on our house that was purchased and installed by The Improvement Store. Keith and his crew fought through unbearable heat to get the job done in a timely fashion. Looks great! We plan to use them again in the near future to get replacement windows installed.
We got a new roof! In two days! Danny and his crew were amazing. Totally professional. Worked without breaks, were quiet ,and cleaned up meticulously. I have not found one stray nail. I was completely impressed by this company and by this crew. Thank you The Improvement Store. ******* ********

Shady and very unorganized and they do not take accountability of their mistakes and leave you hanging. They started my fence and deck mid July and here we are October 2018 and my deck is still in disarray. They sent someone who had no clue what he was doing and it’s now 3 months next week and my deck looks like a hot mess. They do it keep me informed and I ended up telling them off and demanding and still nothing and no replies. We saw an ad in the newspaper to contact Carolina Improvements.The addition of the 10 x 20 stamped concrete deck has totally changed my backyard. The weather was a problem during the installation, but the crew worked around it and finished. They cleaned all the work debris and I was satisfied with the results.
