We had out metal roof put on almost three years ago and recently went back to Carolina Improvements for a deck replacement. This was no easy job as my deck is 12X40 and 12' off the ground. My wife and I settled on composite as we didn't want to have to paint every 2 to 4 years. Our deck now looks wonderful. They did a great job. Hired this company to build deck , WRONG move , finish product looks horrible, company sent rep out ( Adriennne) her and I went over all problems with deck . And she agreed that this was not the quality of work they do . As I recorded the conversation with my phone . After multiple calls and texts nothing has been done , but company says I haven’t paid anything yet . NO KIDDING , wish I could post pictures

We will respond to the reader, rather than the customer: The customer would not allow our crew on this property to make the fixes we deemed necessary because we wouldn’t do everything he was demanding. We were willing to right the errors, but not bow down to the demands of the customer. Then he refused to pay for the entire job, which included siding and windows, so now we have been forced to put a lien on his property and are suing him. I called Carolina Improvements and Chenoa answered and was the most pleasant person to speak with. I explained our roofing problem and Mark said he’d get his crew on it. They gave us a time and did it! He had Jack and Orlando out in 2 days. He said they’ll call by a certain time and they did!! They actually did what they said.
