Worst financial institution ever! Save yourself a headache and time by searching elsewhere for financing. We’ve had a mortgage with them for only a year now, and it’s been horrible from day 1. We will be refinancing as soon as we can.

I cannot wait for the day we can switch our mortgage to another more competent bank who has joined the 21st century. The biggest mistake I’ve ever made in my life has been to use you guys. We have had our loan for a little over a year and have had nothing but problems with getting payments applied to our account. At this point I would be willing to pay a higher interest rate just to get away from you.

Dear Home Savings and Loan... I see seven vehicles in the parking lot (by Austintown Plaza), but only one customer in the bank. Do all of those vehicles belong to your employees? Because you've got ONE visibly stressed teller working TWO drive through lanes AND the counter all at the same time - stopping in the middle of transactions to start and finish other transactions, and literally shaking. NOT good customer service, and certainly NOT any way to treat your employees. Shame on you.

Being first time home buyers, my husband and I weren't sure what to expect with the home buying process. We worked with Sarah Warchola out of the Morgantown, WV office. She was extremely patient with all of our questions, and just amazing through out the entire process. We closed on our home yesterday and could not be happier with how smoothly everything went.
