Went to the Home & Garden show yesterday. I went specifically because I intend to make a large purchase very soon. Home Depot had four booths and weren't giving away a thing! MOST places were offering some kind of a discount if you made a purchase at the Home Show. Not Home Depot. The girl at the booth tried to tell me their "free" offer was no charge for measuring your home for carpeting. Really? She must think I'm stupid. How lame!
