No human should ever be treated as less than another human, especially if they are simply asking for help. Your costumer service employees need to learn to treat each costumer equally, fairly and with respect, no matter what the circumstances!!
Your customer service bullies made my friend cry. Good job. What adult does that? Why are you hiring 7 year olds in adult costumes? Did they fool management with the ol' 3-kids-in-a-trenchcoat trope? Did they use a Tiger Talkboy to deepen their voices over the phone? You really need to go thru your ranks and make sure you don't have any children pretending to be adults, who get their kicks from making customers cry. I can't even tell you how many hours of my life have been wasted waiting in an aisle for someone who was called to come help me. Today qas the final straw. You lost a big sale today for a local business and a customer for life. Bye.
Just left your store after being called an a$$ hole by an associate in plumbing. Off to Lowe's.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I went in today to make a key. After getting scolded and nearly screamed at by the key making guy. When I went to a cashier and asked to speak with a manager I waited for over 10 minutes and one never came. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'll go to Lowe's from now on!
