I needed help in the blinds department and an Associate was paged but no one showed up. The plant department could use more houseplants. Also too many Associates socializing instead of being on alert for customers to help.
I'm never going to this location again.They will not respect you as a customer let alone a person. They will laugh at you to the point of tears that running out of the store is your only option. You should be ashamed of your actions and own up to them. EXTREMELY disappointed that people like you exist.
What immature, childish behavior you register staff seems to exhibit. You very deeply hurt a woman with snide remarks and ignorant laughter because she is disabled. Shame on you!
Ignoring, bullying, mocking, and laughing at any customer is wrong and extremely poor customer service, but it is especially appalling when that customer has a disability.
I'm in the middle of a major renovation to my garage and have been using Home Depot for most of the materials, but a dear friend of mine was treated very poorly by two members of your customer service staff yesterday and I don't feel comfortable giving any more money to this business until the matter is addressed.
