My boyfriend and I just picked up a Christmas tree at Home Depot this evening, and the sales representatives were extremely helpful, especially Elizabeth and Will. Would definitely do again!
My buddy just bought a combo kit on sale, paid for it in another store, cane to this one, was ignored by *eight* employees who refused to even look at him. then as he picked up the item, noticed a sticker that was a full hundred dollars LESS than he paid. The employee ripped the sticker off without another word. SHAME ON YOU. THE EMPLOYEES RIP OFF HARDWORKING HONEST customers. Shame!

I tried to rent a mower because the site said they had two available. In the middle of the transaction another employee forced the cashier helping me away from the computer and waited a minute for the computer to let her clock in. The gentleman helping me asked her to ring me up since she had to wait to clock in, and she very rudely told him that he started the transaction and had to finish it.
