I once came here looking for WD40 - figured it'd be a simple in-and-out trip. Thirty minutes later I'd had four different employees tell me it was in four different locations. They were all wrong, and none of them walked over with me to verify they were correct. I ended up leaving empty handed - kind of a bummer, but not the end of the world. Because for some reason they have employees that think it's okay to ridicule customers. And after reading through these reviews I realized it happens quite often. And because I hate writing reviews
Very poor customer service. Store associates need training. I hope that the ignorant store associates are not a regevtion of the management and this problem can be fixed
I would rather give ZERO STARS (but apparently the minimum allowed is one). If you have friends or relatives with ANY emotional difficulties or mental/auditory processing disorders, DO NOT LET THEM NEAR THIS STORE. Management needs to COMPLETELY RETRAIN staff to be helpful (and POLITE) when dealing with customers. Believe it or not, there are some people who need to be able to SEE you clearly in order to understand what you are saying. What kind of human beings do you hire at this location who haven't been trained to know better than to ridicule people in a hardware store regardless of their knowledge or skill set?!??! Shame on your customer "service" team. You should show what % of your sales are to female clients and should learn how to respect them. We don't respond well to bullying and we tend to emotionally support each other, and therefore share bad experiences. Learn how to treat and talk to a lady you Neanderthals!!
On behalf of a wonderful, kind friend, I am giving this store one star. If I could, I would give NO star, because she was ridiculed due to a medical condition and that deserves NO STARS. Maybe Home Depot should take a long, hard look at how their employees treat people of they want to keep their business open. I will not patronize a business who treats people in this manner.
