Have been a Home Depot customer, but after today not sure.. I was looking for hand wipes for cart handle disinfectant and was told they no longer make them available to customers. “ People we’re taking too many”. Interesting, especially now with this flu epidemic—- I question that cost saving measure?.
Bought a Dish washer from the store they had it delivered open it up did not work they told to call the hot line to trouble shoot the unit by Whirlpool they took my information told me to call home depot called Home depot they told me to call whirlpool day 5 with a dishwasher that does not work if you buy something new you should be able to exchange with new not wait for service 4 days after the problem from now on i suggest not to buy appliances from a building supply store very unhappy with there service
still better then lowes though...... i will always go here over them
My father,a Vietnam veteran, was told that his military identification was not the one they were allowed to accept and treated him like he was lying about being a vet. He was told that he would be allowed this time to use the military Id but not again. This was on Friday. The day before Veterans Day. 25 min in this store to find drop ceiling materials. I was sent to 3 different isles. Finally found somebody who knew where the stuff was at. So i asked for somebody to help me. 15 min later nobody came to help me. I have sent thousands of dollars in this store building my deck and no finshing my basement. To LOWES I go
