Got home a little while ago from Home Depot in Florence. I'm trying to build a small project for the facility where I am finishing my fieldwork for school (occupational therapy). The 2 men that are helping me, Bobby and Don are going above and beyond to help me with this. Best customer service I've ever received.
Bought dishwasher and the extended warranty. Dishwasher breaks almost a month ago leaking all over my hardwood floor. They contract with someone to fix it, fine. But home depot doesn't want to pay the price for the parts do they order them on their own so It's cheaper. The parts finally arrive and the repair person comes out (calling on a Saturday morning only a half hour before he is going to show up). Well guess what. Apparently This Home Depot thinks it's ok to discriminate against deaf people and to treat them like they are criminals. I hope that's not corporate's policy.
I am building a loft bed, bookcase and desk for my daughter. Mario Aguilar helped me select every board, John helped me cut my MDF to my specs and Mario pushed my cart around to the check out, loaded the truck and was really quite simply amazing. John even came out to help load the truck. These two guys are gems. And they made the beginning of my project painless! I hope those two, especially Mario, get the recognition they deserve!! THANK YOU!!!
Super nice staff always friendly. Today while looking at paint samples I left my headlights on and my battery died. The nice gentleman in the tool rental let us use their battery jumper to get us going again. Thank you so much for your kind employees.
